1) Initial meeting
The Project Lead Manager will brief the client on HR Connect, our recruitment strategy and structure. At this stage we will also ascertain the numbers of professionals required, the timeframes involved and the essential skills required by the suitable candidates.
2) Proposal
HR Connect will develop the agreed project plan and refine any details with the client including costs per hire and project costs. We will outline what was discussed and agreed in the meeting and provide the following:
. Geographically suitable locations for the right candidates
. HR Connect interviewing,screening times followed with trade tests, if required
. CV submission and client feedback
. Interview dates and logistics
. Paper and documentation collation times
. Work permit and professional accreditation timeframes
. Re-location logistics
3) Project Statistics and Report
Continuous updates and a report at the end of every project provide the client with a complete overview of the project including:
. Budgets and costs incurred by client
. Conversion rates and Success rates
. Feedback from both successful and unsuccessful candidates
